Circuit Worx NW started long before it ever had a name. I'm an Air Force veteran, and electronics repair began as a hobby for me about ten years ago. It all started after fixing an old broken radio, the feeling of taking something discarded by others and bringing it back to life had me hooked.

After years of working on vintage audio equipment, I started looking for a bigger challenge: understanding how modern electronics actually worked. A connection with a local e-waste business gave me the opportunity to work on boxes of dead GPUs, MacBooks, laptops, and other electronics every week. Every broken device became another opportunity to troubleshoot, learn, and understand what went wrong.

That experience eventually grew into a specialization in advanced electronics diagnostics, board-level repair, micro-soldering, and BGA rework. You cannot simply buy a hot air station and a microscope and suddenly know how to repair a logic board. These are skills that take years of practice to develop, with plenty of failure along the way.

Starting a business was never the original plan. I kept fixing things because I genuinely enjoyed the challenge of figuring out why something had failed. As word spread and people began reaching out for repairs, turning that passion into a business became the obvious next step.
